3 Layers of Confidence

The question "What is self-awareness" can be approached from different angles (as in the article, "What is self-esteem" as described). Important to me is the practicality. Because it decides whether the knowledge is implemented or not. That's the point here....
. You learn today of a simple model, with which you can now find a holistic approach and to strengthen your self-esteem and confidence. This is also the model that I find myself using to improve opportunities for me or coached.
What is self-esteem? A simple model
On this subject I've been thinking a lot and some written. Today, however, is not a matter of theoretical excuses and ponderous thoughts models, but the practical, daily life.
In everyday life difficult models have one major drawback. They can remember and difficult to implement. That's why for me this simple model proved.
.
Confidence = control
.
It is the controlled ability to close the gap, which are where you and the point where you want to be.
.
The easier it is to you to overcome the gap, the more confident are du order to be confident you have enough times to go this way, it is easy for you.
.
"Where are you" and "where you want to be" is simply, because the concept can be applied to all sorts of areas of life.
On a small scale it could mean you're sitting at the bar and want to talk to a girl at the other end. Between you and her is the gap, both in fact and metaphorically.
.
Broadly, it could be your career situation, where you are now and where you want to be. Or a project that you want to bring forward.
.
What you have probably already noticed, is the fact that you are nothing "need" to get from A to B. It is solely for the doing
.
So:
"Self-esteem and confidence, the ability is controlled, the gap between the point where you are and where you want to be close."
.
The three levels of self-awareness:
.
In addition, it has proven to me to split into three self-confidence levels. This helps to locate both weaknesses, and to always keep the whole picture in mind. The problem with many "self-esteem coaches" is in my world that it depending on your preference (and training) to concentrate on just one level. The one focuses only on body language or vocal training, the other more on psychology and belief systems. All ideas are good, but often do not take into account the big picture. It is important that you at least have an overview and self selecting.
.
Most people have one of two problems. Either they do not know where is their lack of self-confidence or they did not have proper techniques.
This is why the only times to find gaps before we close.
.
The first level of self-esteem: The outer layer...
.
This layer contains all the things you can perceive your opposite, the so-called Outer Game.
.
-Your Voice
-The way you walk
-Your gestures
-Your facial expressions
-Your body language
-Your actions
-How and what do you say
-Etc........
.
These are, in theory, the outward manifestations of your inner self-confidence.
In theory because it can be influenced to a large extent.
.
There are many people who seem outwardly very confident, even though they are not in the interior. I recommend to you to be that person in any way.
However, I also know the opposite. People who are self-confident in themselves, but do not be surprised to be perceived like that. Often it is then a few things at this level then make the difference.
.
The second level of self-esteem: The Lifestyle level...
.
In this level, your confidence tends to focus on external things. It is the world that you build around you, or the ecosystem in which you live.
.
This is our "constructed identity".
.
-Your Career
-Your income
-The hobby's you've
-Your Friends
-Your Social Life
-Your skills: for example, languages, tools, sports,...
.
All these things can have a positive effect on your confidence.
.
Much more important is the way of looking at how we see ourselves and how we think not to be seen and perceived. Accordingly, it is less important what job you have, for example, but how proud you are yourself on your job, and how much you ausübst him.
.
This level you can create a great deal of self-confidence, but you should always remember that they are pure illusion and at any moment can dissolve into thin air.
.
Check the things you can not, can change your life dramatically.
.
Thus the question arises: How does that affect your confidence?
.
If you build your self-confidence just to these two levels, the effect would logically be devastating...
.
There are countless examples. Especially in the film and music industry, in which a single person who built their entire self-confidence and their self-worth on these first two levels. Blessed with wealth, status, talent and still depressed or even the verge of suicide.
It lacks the third level...
.
The Core: Inner Self Awareness...
.
That's what we want, and what we should work. When it comes to the crunch, we can rely on this.
.
What's inner self-confidence (or true self awareness)?
Basically, it's your faith (not religious way). Your belief, what value you draw, what you think you deserve in life, what you want to accomplish and for what you believe to be here at all.
.
The nice thing is, it's less about what you have already achieved, but what do you think can achieve and what you think that anything is possible.
.
With true self-confidence you can lose the other levels without something changes. When all else is gone, there is only your true self awareness.
.
True self-confidence is the ability to love yourself.
.
When all else is gone, how can you love yourself?
When you look in the mirror, you can say to yourself: "That person in the mirror is the best friend I'll ever have!"
True self-confidence can not be taken away from you.
.
Here we come full circle.
Self-confidence is the ability to close gaps, remember? No matter what happens, you've gained the ability, as you've closed the gap, you can take any more. It is the smallest component that makes up your confidence.
